- LME metals are under pressure this morning due to the strong Dollar at 1.5585 against Euro.

- U.S. jobless data showed claims down sharply last week, boosting the dollar.

- Copper lost this morning $150 and is currently at $8420 below 40 days average.

- Aluminium is down to $2962 and sustained close below $3000 will indicate downward direction.

- Oil is $116 a barrel once more affected by stronger dollar as investors moved cash to equities.

- Gold is at $ 882 and agricultural products also fell as the dollar gained.

- The FTSE 100 index is up by 28 points to 6078
